Delivery and Returns

Pick-Up (Docklands Studio): Free - You're welcome to collect your dress from our Docklands studio at the time arranged during booking confirmation.

Delivery (Australia-Wide):
We offer both standard and express tracked shipping via Australia Post to anywhere in Australia. Your dress will be dispatched in time for your event and includes a return paid envelope.

Security Bond

A security bond may be processed at the time your order is dispatched or upon pick up. 

Returning Your Dress

Drop-Off (Docklands Returns Shoot): Free

Return your dress by placing it in the clearly marked A Dress A Day returns shoot, located street side at our Docklands studio. No appointment necessary—just drop it at your scheduled return time.

Postal Return:
If you opted for postal delivery, a pre paid return envelope will be included with your dress. Please return the dress via over the counter service at Australia Post on the next business day following your event. Do not place the return in a street post box, as this removes tracking ability.

We take care of all garment cleaning, no need to wash it yourself.
