We know timing is everything when it comes to your event. That’s why we offer fast, reliable delivery options across Melbourne along with simple return instructions. Please note all times are estimates and depend on courier availability. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

* Express Post is handled by Australia Post. Metro areas are typically next business day, while WA, NT, and remote locations may take up to 3 days.

 

Important Information

  • Signature on delivery is required unless you select “Authority to Leave.” Once a parcel is left, responsibility transfers to you.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.

  • Unexpected delays (severe weather, courier issues, etc.) may affect delivery, but we’ll keep you updated where possible.

Returns & Postage

We want your return process to be quick and stress free. You can choose to return your garment via our Return Shoot or by pre-paid satchel.

Option 1: Return Shoot (Melbourne Only)

  • Drop your garment through our dedicated Return Shoot at our Docklands studio.

  • Must be returned by 4 PM on your return date.

  • The shoot automatically logs your return (no paperwork needed).

  • If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you can return it the next business day before 4 PM with no penalty.

Option 2: Pre-Paid Return Satchel (Australia-Wide)

  • A pre-paid satchel is included with every hire.

  • Lodge the parcel over the counter at Australia Post by 4 PM on your return date.

  • Keep your lodgement receipt as proof of return — this protects you if the parcel is delayed or lost.

  • Do not drop satchels in a street post box (unscanned returns may incur late fees or replacement costs).

Return Conditions

  • Late returns incur a $30 per day fee, capped at 200% of the garment’s retail value.

  • Garments must be returned in the same condition, with hang tags intact, and without alterations.

  • Professional cleaning is included — please don’t attempt to wash or repair garments yourself.
